WSJ: Americans don’t own their health data, but they should.

In a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed, Dr. David Brailer with the Department of Health and Human Services explained that to many Americans’s surprise, we don’t own our own medical records. Access to them is controlled by someone else. Dr. Brailer argues that it’s time to change that, and we whole-heartedly agree. The original article appears behind a paywall.
